Director of Operations Job Description

The Director of Operations oversees all elements of event production (both reading sessions and any outside produced concerts), contracting and invoicing with all parties involved, bookkeeping and creating a budget in line with our fiscal sponsors, coordinating relevant volunteers and interns, and overseeing player recruitment. They work closely with the Artistic Director, the Director of Development, and the Director of Communications on overall programming and strategic planning for the group.

Audience Ambassador Job Description

Audience Ambassadors help foster our relationships with our listening communities at live events.

Most Audience Ambassadors enjoy this occasional gig because they love supporting the work of the orchestra and being part of our awesome family. This is an independent contractor position that pays at $20 an hour.
