Concert Details

WHEN: Sunday, December 12, 2021, Doors @ 6pm, Show @ 7pm

WHERE: Freight & Salvage Coffeehouse 2020 Addison St, Berkeley, CA

COST: Free for participating musicians. Audience members can buy tickets here ($30). A limited number of seats will be saved for walk-ups on the day of the concert for donation. No one turned away for lack of funds (until we hit venue capacity!)

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: Would you like a free ticket to the concert? Sign up to volunteer as an usher or Front of House staff member for the evening. We need about 10 volunteers, so first come first served! For more information, email development@awesomeorchestra.org

TRANSPORTATION SUGGESTIONS: Just over one block from Downtown Berkeley BART. Parking in downtown Berkeley can be very crowded, so as always, we strongly suggest public transit, biking, or ride-sharing. Here's a list of parking garages in the area.

FOR MUSICIANS

If you want to join, there is NO sign-up form, but you can email your Section Ambassadors to inquire about availability. There will be required rehearsals before the show (dates: 11/28, 12/5, 12/11 - all rehearsals will be 1-5pm in Berkeley, depending on which pieces you’re needed for). Even if you're not able to play with us this time, we'd love to have you join us as an audience member or volunteer. Come support your community and help us spread the word by telling your friends and family!

All musicians and audience members will be REQUIRED to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the venue.
