The concert features special guests Kendra McKinley and Kiefo Nilsson, and the premiere performance of local composer Arturo Rodriguez's Introit from Requiem Without Words, written in commemoration of those lost in Oakland’s Ghost Ship Fire.

We're excited to be back at Drake's Dealership for another First Friday extravaganza! For Open Session 53 we’ll be collaborating with the local funk duo Heat Vision & Jack, with Geneva Harrison on drums and Josh Pollock on vocals and guitar. With a few super funky arrangements from TV and other media, this will be a super fun session.

Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' - one of the most iconic albums in the history of recordings. Music Directing and co-curating this lineup is Joe Bagale - multi-instrumentalist, producer, and composer.
